However, it may happen that you experience a problem with your order. Below you will find all the information about our warranty and how to file a complaint.
Warranty period

Our battery-operated LED candles come with a 12-month warranty.
⭐ Rechargeable candles

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer a warranty.

Warranty conditions
"Should a defect occur within the warranty period due to a manufacturing error or material deficiency, we will provide an appropriate solution. It is important to investigate whether your defect is covered by the warranty."
The warranty applies to
- Factory defects or material defects
- Electronic malfunctions
- Incorrect operation during normal use
The warranty does not apply to
- Damage due to incorrect or careless use (e.g. broken flame)
- Normal wear and tear
- Defects caused by external factors (e.g. water damage, falling or discoloration)
How do you submit a warranty claim?
- Contact us via the contact page. Please mention your order number and describe the issue as detailed as possible.
- Add photos or videos of the defect, so that we can assess the situation properly.
- Our team will review your request and will contact you within 5 working days with a suitable solution.
Complaints procedure
At KENN®, we find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Do you have a complaint? Then we will gladly resolve it for you as quickly as possible!
