- We ship all our orders for free via DPD.
- Order on a working day before 5:00 PM? Then we will process and ship your order on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- The expected delivery time is 1-2 working days after shipment.
- 'As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track the status of your order through your KENN® customer account.'

'If you are not at home, DPD will make a delivery attempt and leave a message. You can then schedule a new delivery appointment or pick up your package at a DPD point.'
