You have the option to easily return your product within 30 days of receipt.

Good condition of the product

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Returns must always be reported first via our contact page. You will receive the return label from us.

Return shipping costs

"Return costs are at your own expense, unless it concerns a wrongly delivered or defective product."

How to return?

  1. Registering your return: Register your return via the contact form and include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  2. Add the return form: Print and include this return form with your return shipment, so we can process your return quickly and correctly. 
  3. Receive our return label: We will send you a return label that you can use for the return shipment.
  4. Pack the product well: Use the original packaging and make sure the product is well protected.
  5. Send the package: Drop off the package at DPD or another designated shipping point.
  6. Processing your return: As soon as we have received and checked your return, we aim to refund the money within a few working days, excluding €5.95 return costs.

⚠ Are you returning the product without a return label from us? Then we will not reimburse any shipping costs, regardless of the actual costs you incurred.

⚠ Defect or wrong product received? Contact us within 5 days via our contact page, so we can provide a suitable solution promptly. In this case, we will fully reimburse the return costs.

What is not eligible for reimbursement?

  • Lost returns that have been sent on one's own initiative with a non-traceable and uninsured service.
  • Seriously damaged returns due to poor packaging.
  • Returns that have been sent on one's own initiative to the wrong address.
  • Return costs (this does not apply to defective or incorrectly received products).
