Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM are shipped the same business day to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
Our average delivery times per country:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- France: 3–5 business days
- Austria: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days *
* For orders to the United Kingdom over £135, import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping costs are €4.95. From €40, you benefit from free shipping.
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order status through your KENN® customer account.
We carefully pack every order so that your LED candles and accessories arrive safely and neatly.

At the moment, pickup is not possible. All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our warehouse.

Yes, of course we offer a warranty on our products.
- Battery-operated candles: 1 year warranty on technical parts, such as the flame mechanism.
- Rechargeable candles and related products: 2 years warranty.
We advise you to carefully read the manual for correct use and maintenance. Damage or defects resulting from improper use are not covered by the warranty.

How does returning work at KENN®?
How does returning work at KENN®?
You have 30 days to reconsider after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return your KENN® LED candles/accessories, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Want to return a product? Simply register your return via the contact form on the return page. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return so we can process your request quickly.
Add the completed return form to the shipment. This allows us to handle your return correctly and efficiently.
We recommend creating a return label with Track & Trace through a carrier of your choice (such as PostNL, DPD, or DHL). Make sure the product is well protected in the packaging.
After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we aim to refund the purchase amount within a few working days.

Are the KENN® LED candles safe to use indoors?
Yes. KENN® LED candles operate without open flame, smoke, or heat. This means there is no risk of fire hazard or smoke development.
Our products comply with applicable European safety standards and are equipped with CE and RoHS certifications. This means they are safe to use and free from harmful substances.
As a result, our LED candles are suitable for families with children or pets, and for spaces where real candles are not allowed.
How long do the LED candles from KENN® burn?
How long do the LED candles from KENN® burn?
The burn time of our LED candles varies by type and depends on the selected brightness level and the use of the timer function.
Average burn time per category:
- Battery-powered LED candles: up to approximately 300 hours, depending on the type of battery and usage.
- Rechargeable tealights (regular models): up to approximately 120 hours per charge cycle.
- GlowPro™ rechargeable LED candles: up to 350–400 hours per charge cycle, depending on the model.
The higher the brightness level, the more energy is consumed. By using a lower setting and enabling a timer, you can optimize the burn time.
If you are not using the LED candles for an extended period, switch them completely to ‘OFF’ to prevent unnecessary energy consumption.
The exact burn time is always stated on the product page of the specific model.

This varies by model.
The (mini) pillar candles and tealights mainly use CR2450 button cell batteries. The dinner candles use AAA batteries.
Each product page clearly states which type of battery is suitable for the specific model.
How do I charge the KENN® rechargeable LED candles?

Our rechargeable LED candles come with a matching charging station. The type of charging system varies by model.
- GlowPro™ models use a magnetic charging system. The candles automatically click into the correct position and charge safely and efficiently.
- Regular rechargeable tealights are charged via charging pins in the included charging station.
The indicator lights show when charging is complete. The average charging time varies by model and is listed on the product page.
After charging, the LED candles are ready to use immediately.

KENN® LED candles are designed to closely mimic the appearance of real candles. Thanks to a warm light color and a lifelike flame effect, they create a soft, realistic glow.
The finish varies by model:
- Battery-powered LED candles are made from real wax, giving them a matte, authentic look.
- GlowPro™ rechargeable pillar candles and taper candles feature a high-quality wax finish for an extra lifelike look and feel.
- GlowPro™ rechargeable tealights have a durable plastic casing with a wax look and feel, designed for intensive and long-term use, such as in hospitality and event venues.
- Regular rechargeable tealights have a standard plastic finish.
How does the remote control of the KENN® LED candles work?

The remote control for our LED candles operates via IR. Point the remote control at the LED candle(s) and press the desired button to adjust the settings immediately.
With the remote control, you can:
- Turn the LED candles on and off
- Adjust the brightness (5 levels)
- Set the flame effect (5 levels)
- Activate a timer (2, 4, 6, or 8 hours)
The remote control has a range of approximately 5 meters.
All GlowPro™ models and battery candles use the same type of remote control.
The regular rechargeable tealights have their own remote control but offer the same functions.

Are the KENN® LED candles dimmable?
Yes. With the remote control, you can adjust the brightness in multiple levels, allowing you to set the light intensity to the desired atmosphere.
How does the timer function work?

With the timer function, you can set the LED candles to automatically turn on and off after a fixed duration, for example after 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours.
Once the timer is set, the LED candles will automatically turn on and off at the same time every day until you change the setting.
Can multiple candles be operated at the same time?

Yes. With one remote control, you can operate multiple LED candles at the same time, as long as they are within range.
Do the KENN® LED candles fit in standard candle holders?

Our LED tealights, dinner candles, and pillar candles are designed in universal sizes, making them fit most (standard) candle holders.
Since holders can vary, we always recommend checking the exact dimensions on the product page.
Are the LED candles suitable for outdoor use?
Are the LED candles suitable for outdoor use?
Our LED candles are primarily designed for indoor use. They can also be used outdoors in covered and dry areas, such as under a veranda or canopy.
The LED candles are not waterproof unless specifically stated on the product page. Therefore, avoid direct contact with rain or moisture.

What is the difference between rechargeable LED candles and battery-operated LED candles?
The main difference lies in the usage and the way they are charged.
- Rechargeable candles can be easily recharged with the included charging station. So, you don’t need to replace separate batteries. This makes them not only practical for frequent use but also a more sustainable choice in the long run.
- Battery-operated candles use replaceable batteries. These models are convenient if you use the candles less often.
Both options provide the same warm and cozy ambiance. The choice mainly depends on how often you use the LED candles and what suits your situation best.
