At KENN®, we ensure your order arrives quickly and safely! Below you will find all the details about our shipping process and delivery times.

Orders before 5:00 PM

• Order on a business day before 5:00 PM? Then we will process and ship your order the same business day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times

• We ship all our orders for free via DPD.
• The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping

✔ All orders are shipped free of charge, regardless of the order amount or size.

Tracking Information

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• You can also track the status of your order through your KENN® customer account.

Shipping Area

• Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
• We are working on expanding to all of Europe, so we will soon be able to ship to more countries.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my package arrives damaged?
Don’t worry! Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page, and we will find a solution together.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not home, DPD will attempt delivery and leave a message. You can then make a new delivery appointment or pick up your package at a DPD point.

Can I still change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, an address change is no longer possible once your order has been processed. Please check your address carefully before confirming the order.
